New package qmc2

Hi!
I have created a package for qmc2, a frontend for mame / mess. I have
uploaded it to git. Maybe somebody can have a look over it to tell me my
mistakes. I am a package newbie.
There are 2 main problems:
-Upstream doesn't provide a manpage and I don't know how to write one.
-The docs are in html format. How can I register them?
