Alioth and debian/rules options

Well it looks the Alioth Admin has been quick on that one, as I see you
are already in http://alioth.debian.org/projects/pkg-games/ :)

Just try if you can make a read/write git checkout with the instructions
in http://wiki.debian.org/Mame

BTW in the debian/rules, that we took initially from you, you choosed to
set up some compile time options with
DEB_HOST_ARCH tests, although the MAME makefile detects this options
properly. Was there any reasons for that that I am missing ?

I was thinking of moving this out from debian/rules to make it shorter,
and clearer.

I have seen than at least PTR64 and TARGETOS can be properly detected.
The MAME make files even knows about k/FreeBSD !
