GNOME Video Arcade: script for downloading the nplayers, history, catver

Hello Matthew
I am member of the Team in Debian packaging mame, and I have a script to
download the necessary data files for gva.
It would maybe help others to get this datas quicker, so I send it to
you in case you want to include it in your git repo.

Bravo for the great job on gva, and expecially the excellent documentation.
