True.  abuse-sdl incorporates the same files since r581 (2011-05-05).

In 2002, Justin Cassidy's frabs site said:

The addon was first included in frabs in 12/10/99:

Claudio, does this email address still work?  Under what conditions
would you like people using, modifying, and distributing your work?  I
am particularly interested in whether it okay to freely modify it and
to include it in works sold for profit (like operating system CDs).
