Hrm. Upstream's opinion is important, and we don't want to piss him off.
On the other hand, the huge code duplication is no fun, and the security
team wouldn't be happy either.

If it's *only* useful with g-v-a, I'd agree, but if it might be useful for
other frontends that can be used in Debian, I'd go for Mess^WMame^WMess...
