Bug#642219: chromium: NSS error preventing some sites access

Hey,

the issue is already reported upstream, but just in case you missed it:

http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=91962 prevents me to
access some https sites (for example https://mail.google.com but not
others).

The error reported on scree is:

The webpage at https://mail.google.com/mail/ might be temporarily down
or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 202 (net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID): Unknown error.

and on console:

[23:23:4602722435:ERROR:nss_util.cc(397)] Error initializing NSS without
a persistent database: libsoftokn3.so: cannot open shared object file:
Permission denied

On the bug numnber it's said that it might be a multi-arch issue.
