Hi,
It looks, at least from the contents in the mac version, like they are
not distributing any source code for ri-li, which would be a GPL issue,
unless an offer for source is embedded into the application binary...

I'm unable to confirm, but their separation into "demo" and "full
version", in addition to their wikipedia article[0] (presumably written
by themselves), does indicate that they are using a shareware
trial-verison licensing scheme for distribution, which again is a GPL
issue.

It would probably be prudent to, as a first step, contact the company
and ask them, nicely, to provide the correct license with their
applications, along with source code for the game and their
modifications. Pointing out that they are free to distribute, or sell,
the software as long as they fulfill the GPL.

I'm forwarding this to the debian-devel-games list since that's our more
'discussive' list.
