The EULA I see does not place limitations on the binary, but rather on support
and the ability to get updates. It explicitly says: "Without limiting your
rights under the GPL, the Product and related documentation are subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.", which I think means they say the
GPL prevails over any other conditions that might impose on it.

Indeed, it seems to be used by their launcher shell, to check the license key
and encrypt/decrypt some data. They should be able to port that to gcrypt
without problems.
