vavoom updated version (second try)

hi
  i have a new version of vavoom, it closes a few bugs and allows a
transition (libpng). it builds on hurd, is 100% lintian --pedantic clean :)
i've added tags to the package, package is a lot nicer and is git
hosted on alioth

can somebody upload it?
