Mame window issue in Ubuntu

I can log in succesfully and all permissions in my home directory look good.
Still the same error. Maybe I've got no write permission on git repo?

I've just done some cleanup of obsolete man pages and tweaked
some defaults in configuration file, this won't hurt. :)
