Mame and mess have landed in Ubuntu

Hello Cesare

I have seen that the mame and mess packages have been synced from the 
debian repositories, and are now availaible in quantal/universe !

It is great news. I am happy we have managed to work in a single 
repository for both of our distributions, and I have the idea to submit 
these as a short peace of news for the Debain News (example of good 
collaboration)
