Mame, Mess, Ume: what now?

removing -march=pentium2 solves the issues. I replaced it with 
-mtune=generic for both i386 and amd64, which I think is more 
appropriated as we don't know which cpu mame runs on.

I've pushed the fix for Mess (along with some fixing to DEB_MESS_OPTS in 
debian/rules); I guess we can wait 0.147 to push it for Mame as 0.146 
builds fine.
