Yes, I just did a closer reading of the DEP-5 proposal and see that the
short-form License field should be 'GPL-2+'.  Given that the actual text
of the "GPL version 2 or later" license is also included in the file
with the incorrect label and that DEP-5 has not yet been proclaimed as a
Debian standard, is this OK as is (with the understanding that it will
be corrected in future packages) or does it require a new upload?
