Bug#659099: goplay: control file should link to VCS repository

It would be nice if the control file had a pointer to the source
repository, to make it easier to find.

Jonas tells me it is is in the pkg-games repository, where I find it as

  http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/pkg-games/software/ui/

This patch should solve it.

I am aware that Jonas is planning to move the code to git and the
collab-maint repository.  Mentioning here to make sure those applying
this patch verify the location of the repository.
