Bug#660159: chromium: Hardcoded dependency on libvpx0

Package: chromium
Version: 16.0.912.77~r118311-1
Severity: serious
Justification: Uninstallable

Hi,

this is totally fubar:
| Package: chromium
| Architecture: i386 amd64 armel
| Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, ${misc:Depends},
|         libnss3-1d (>= 3.12.3),
|         libvpx0 (>= 0.9.6),
|         xdg-utils,
|         chromium-inspector

Especially since we now have #660034 in progress, so the chromium binNMU
changed nothing in chromium's dependencies. I'm going to ask for a
libvpx decruft, meaning libvpx0 goes away, meaning chromium gets
uninstallable in sid (and libvpx plus the rebuilt packages can migrate).

Mraw,
KiBi.
