rott stable update

Hi team,

could someone please upload the "squeeze" branch of the ROTT git repo 
[1] to stable? This is already acknowledged [2] by the Release 
Managers. It contains a simple fix that helps users who suffer from 
the unreliable upstream web server when downloading game data.

Also, a new upstream release targeted at unstable in already prepared 
in the "master" branch, so while you are at it... ;)
