Bug#656708: freeciv-client-extras: wrong additional short description

Dear Maintainer,

I believe that the short description is inappropriate. Indeed, the
second part of it in brackets mentions "standard sound pack". However,
reading the long description, I guess it should be something like
"additional scripts and tools".
