Bug#675929: About SONAME of irrlicht

Hi,

After clarified by Vincent, it's clear that upstream has just messed
up the library SONAME maintenance, and bumped the SONAME which isn't
supposed to be changed (no API breakage).

So I'm sponsoring his new package which has fixed the SONAME and added
shlibs file. As supertuxkart is the only "user" of this library,
binNMU it will make it work again.
