Bug#552267: Please incorporate the lisp windowing system patch to create a slashem-lisp package.

Before this patch can be added to Debian's slashem packaging, we need
to know whether or not its license (since this is more than a
"trivial" patch) allows us to do so. There's one line in the patch [1]
that states who the copyright owners are, but no license statement
anywhere (as far as I can see) in the patch.

Could you link to the source of this patch, or ask the copyright
owners to confirm what license this patch falls under?
