The deprecated rsvg script has been removed upstream.
I reverted that commit for now in the Debian package, but I won't keep
that patch forever.
So pentobi should be updated and use /usr/bin/rsvg-convert instead
of /usr/bin/rsvg.

The command line interface of rsvg-convert is identical with rsvg, so
the conversion should be straight forward.

Please update the package at your earliest convenience.
