visualboyadvance status

Hello team,

According to [1], visualboyadvance is a candidate for removal in
testing (deadline : May 27th) because of RC bug #663943 [2]. Last
upload was a NMU, and activity in the git repository dates from 2010.

So, if everyone is OK I'll refresh the repository and prepare a team
upload in the next days.
