RFS: visualboyadvance/1.8.0.dfsg-1 [RC]

Dear team,

I prepared a new version for visualboyadvance, to prevent its imminent
removal[1]. It fixes the RC bug #663943 and 3 other bugs (I also
freshened the packaging a bit).

The package is lintian clean except dfsg-version-with-period, which is
harmless and not fixable until another release.

Please let me know if something needs to be changed.

      * debian/watch : mangle "dfsg" part.
