ok great to here for 0.147. I always support removing of debian/ubuntu
specific compile flags, as I prefer to stick whenever possible to
upstream choice so we should remove the OPTIMIZE=3, so that option is
set by the mame makefile itselfs

don't forget to pull from the repository from time to time ( but don't
push yet ) as I am also somethime adding stuff
