Default ROM path for mame/mess

The Debian.README file also mentions in the "QUICK START" section that
the default path for rom is $HOME/mame/roms
I agree it should be mentionned for the sdlmame users that it has been
change.

BTW I will drop the transional packages for xmame-x,sdl and svga for
0.147. Do we still need sdlmame ? I think after the relase of ubuntu
12.04 we don't need it anymore ( as we support upgrades from N -> N +1
-> N+2 but not N -> N +2 ) as ubuntu users upgrading from 08.04 should
already have got it when updating to 12.04.
What is your opinion ?
