I've just pushed my commits to the repository, now:

* origin/master
holds what is needed to build Mame 0.147, please review it;
you can find an alpha build on my PPA here

* origin/debian/0.146
has been updated with the fix for the -march issue, please
upload 0.146-5 to experimental, it should not harm
(it does not in Ubuntu)
