Mame + Mess 0.147

Hello all,

here we are, Mame and Mess now share the same source upstream, so I
think it's time to change how things work in our packages set.

This is my proposal for the new layout:

Source:
mame_0.147.orig.tar.xz
     the main source from mame0147s.zip
mame_0.147.orig-nplayers.tar.xz
     nplayers.ini frontends config file
mame_0.147.orig-history.tar.xz
     (new) a documentation file for (nearly) each emulated game

Binaries:
mame_0.147-1_(arch).deb
     Mame with xml and artwork files stripped whenever possible
mess_0.147-1_(arch).deb
     unchanged
mame-common_0.147-1_all.deb
     (new) replaces mess-data and serves both mame and mess
mame-extra_0.147-1_all.deb
     (new) nplayers.ini + history.dat; more to follow as soon as
authors allow packaging
(transitional packages)_all.deb
     anything in use now plus mess-data stuff

mame.ini and mess.ini would need some change to reflect use of
mame-common, which would contain all xml files, artworks etc; renaming
suits better the projects IMO, being Mame the main one and Mess a
derivative work.

Any other ideas?
