Freezing Mame 0.148

Hello all,

as Mame 0.148u1 will probably be out soon, I'd like to freeze things for
0.148.

Please forgive me for stressing that there's still a couple of things to
decide, which I'd like to have your feedbacks on:

* mame and mame-extra should not break/replace each other
they are built from different sources now, but there are no other changes
elsewhere

* mess-data should be renamed to mame-data for consistency
I see we discussed this before and we were uncomfortable with a new dummy
package after purging the similar xmame, xmess, sdlmame ecc. stuff. Yes,
this is annoying, but I'd like to push for it nevertheless. Mess is a
derivative from Mame, anything common should be named after Mame.

Sorry for pressing you, Mame is evolving fast and it's difficult to catch
up when you don't keep the pace. :)
