That's likely Matthew Bekkema's (added to cc) gpg key, i.e. the person
who actually uploaded minetest to mentors.d.n. FWIW I can't seem to
find his key on any public keyservers either.

DDs don't usually upload their packages to mentors.d.n...

AFAICS, Michael Gilbert's key is the first one on that list.
