Bug#698489: cytadela: Intro and outro videos don't work anymore with newer libVLC

When the game should show the intro or outro video, the screen remains
blank.

This is due to libvcl5 upgrading to v2 in the Debian archive.

The attached patch backports the fix from upstream.
