Bug#698990: zsnes: Fix build when _FORTIFY_SOURCE is defined

Dear Michael,

thank you very much for the patch.

However, I believe that we already have a much more elegant solution
prepared in our GIT tree (targeted post-freeze):

Instead of merely undefining _FORTIFY_SOURCE, it actually fixes to code to
allow it to get compiled with that flag. IIRC, that patch is also courtesy
of Hans de Goede, btw.

I would appreciate if in future you could contact us before diverging from
our packaging. So we could discuss different approaches a priory and would
not have to run behind each other's patches anymore. Hope you agree. ;)
