allegro4.4-dev package please ?

Hi all,
Shouldn't there be a allegro 4.4 package ?

We have the following packages in the repo. :-

$ aptitude search liballegro4
v   liballegro4-dev                                           -
i   liballegro4.2-dev                                         -
development files for the Allegro library
i   liballegro4.4                                             -
portable library for cross-platform game and multimedia development
i   liballegro4.4-plugin-alsa                                 - ALSA
audio plugin for the Allegro library

I know that allegro has moved to 5 series but there are lot of games
which are still using the old version. If somebody can upload an
liballegro4.4-dev would be grateful.
