Bug#714015: ri-li: Spelling and grammar errors in description text

Dear Maintainer,

There are several minor spelling and grammar mistakes in the package
description.

- "musics" should be "music tracks".
- "wood" should be "wooden".
- There should be a full stop after each of the bullet points.
