Bug#704044: ogre-1.8 FTBFS with glibc-2.17

Please note that due to #703980, ogre-1.8 FTBFS with glibc-2.17.

After upgrading to boost-1.53, it seems to compile but linking phase
fail complaining about the lack of boost::system symbols.

This also make the upload of ogre-1.8.1 blocking for all packages
depending on OGRE as the inclusion problem appears also in the header
bundled by libogre-1.8-dev. For instance, it cause visp to FTBFS with
glibc-2.17.

Note: considering this, I think this should become a RC bug but I
don't feel confident enough to do this myself. Please change the
severity if you can confirm my analysis.
