Uploading mame 0-148-2 to unstable and leaving team

Hey People !
As Debian 7.0 has been relesead it is now possible to upload again to
the standard debian archive.
I will then try an upload of a 0-148-2 version to unstable this week.

On a sadder note, I will now stop working on Mame on a regularly base.
My employer has agreed to sponsor some server related work in Debian
Packaging, and I am going to concentrate my time there.

@cesare: I will be still available for tips if you need to understand
how things work in Debian ( on level 1 support basis, Jordi is a lot
more knowledgeable here :)

Thanks for the fish and I hope to see all you at a forthcoming DebConf !
(I think Jordi still owes me a cookie :)
