Bug#700475: Bug#611514: [neverball] first click on a button in menu screen after a ball ignored

Hello SDL maintainers,

i'm investigating another bug in Neverball at the moment and this one
here seems to affect the other one.

I saw that a fix for this bug was released by upstream in SDL 1.3.

Would it be possible to backport this fix for SDL 1.2 in Debian?
