Bug#728521: ogre-1.9: fails to build on buildds

Hi,

The latest upload of ogre-1.9 has a build-dependency on
"g++ (>= 4:4.8.0) | g++-4.8". This causes problems on the buildds, as the
buildds only try the first build-dependency, and this fails on architectures
where g++ defaults to an earlier version, as this means g++ (>= 4:4.8.0) is
not available. The build is tried over and over, and fails every time.

You can change the build-dependency to just "g++-4.8", to force g++ 4.8 to be
available.
