Sorry about the late reply, I've been a bit busy these last few months.

I don't think I've even looked at the foobillard package since about
2007. I don't even play the game much these days.

That means I think any new interest in foobillard (both a new upstream
and a new caring maintainer) are most welcome! Please go ahead.
