The developers of Neverball asked for permission to use the Octocat logo
in the way as you can see it in the game today. They got written
permission from Github to use the trademark logo inside the game.

If I don't hear any valid objections in the next couple of days, I
intend to resolve this bug by adding the above paragraph to
debian/copyright to clarify the usage of the Octocat logo.
