Bug#705029: please provide nethack-curses build

Dear Maintainer,
I have adapted the nethack-curses patch to build with the current
nethack sources in debian.

Attaching the main patch (0022-add-curses-ui.patch) and the patch for
debian/rules (to specify the correct WINSRC/WINOBJ and provide -DCURSES_GRAPHICS
in a way which does not interfere with other nethack interfaces).
