please upload the version 1.0 to unbreak (your!) packages
- -> mercator
- -> ember
- -> eris

There are also some transitions blocked (or the removal of the old versions of the libs)
due to this bug. (e.g boost, ogre

(Therefore the severity "serious".)

I understand that you need a sponsor for it, unfortunatly I am not a DD.
However, I miss actions from you actively searching for one, and thre is also not
a response for the offer to help in #701273

Therefore this bug is also to be seens as an "intention for NMU", when time permits I will
NMU on the weekend into the DELAYED/15 queue. (NMUing a new upstream version is usually a NO-GO,
but I see no other way to resolve this mess -> details can be found in #701273)
