Bug#754665: Removal of D based games from armel/armhf (Tatan #754665)

Hi all,

D based games are currently unbuildable again on armel/armhf because
libphobos-dev does not exist on these arches [3]. See [1] for an example
bug report.

We had the same issue one year ago and Peter had to request the removal
[2] of all binary packages except for amd64 and i386. In the meantime
gdc 4.8 reintroduced support for armel/armhf but with 4.9 it seems this
shimmer of hope is gone.

Since all D games are affected and not only Tatan, shall I request the
removal for all of them from armel/armhf or does anybody have a better idea?
