Bug#768480: Megaglest Test, Reboot Tests

I did ten reboots with megaglest installed.  The first
five were nominal, the 7th never got to VC login prompt
after all the boot/init messages stopped and the screen
cleared, and the rest failed as previously reported.

I then uninstalled the megaglest packages and started
reboot test again.  Except for the 6th, which failed
as reported, the first were all nominal.  Then a string
of (so far) six failures manifested.

Using a VC to kill the lincity-ng process, I noticed
the lock-outs were not always manifesting, but seemed
to come in a few second long groups associated with a
nouveau complaint.  In one test I received a notice:

[sched_delayed] sched: RT throttling activated

while locked out.
