I'm starting to suspect the bug is in the xapian index, not in goplay.
I found the <URL: http://www.enricozini.org/2010/debian/axi-cache/ >
blog post describing how to check the tag cache content, and it is
unable to find any programs with the learning tag:

  % axi-cache search  use::learning and role::program
  0 results found.
  Did you mean: user::learning and role::program ?
  More terms: 
  More tags: 
  %

This is obviously not correct, as at least the gcompris package have both tags set:

  Tag: field::TODO, field::arts, field::electronics,
   field::linguistics, field::mathematics, field::physics,
   game::puzzle, game::typing, implemented-in::python, interface::x11,
   junior::TODO, role::program, suite::gnome, suite::gnu,
   uitoolkit::gtk, uitoolkit::sdl, use::gameplaying, use::learning,
   x11::application

Moving this bug to apt-xapian-index instead.
