Hello,

thanks for the report. I see the same error messages when I compile
freeorion 0.4.4-2 in a clean Jessie cowbuilder environment. I am
currently investigating why this is the case. When I uploaded Freeorion
0.4.4-2 one month before the freeze everything was fine.

This issue also appears to be fixed in the latest experimental and soon
unstable version of freeorion.
