Bug#795196: pcsxr crashes on x86-64 systems.

After a linux image update to 4.1.0-1 amd64, whenever I try to load a game it
throws the following error for
XMona and i3 window systems:
pcsx: ../libpcsxcore/ix86_64/ix86-64.c:158: MEMADDR_OP: Assertion `!isreg ||
reg != 0' failed.

On KDE it will just hang. I tried changing the graphics backend between X and
openGL to no avail.
