'-I', 'app'  arguments only provide a small speedud,
but needs upcoming innoextract from git with my PR included ...

should be fixed now.

I rebuilt my git tree against libboost 1.58 and stomped /usr/bin/innoextract
without creating a .deb. I also edited "VERSION" to label it v1.5
will have to stomp it once again when official package is rebuilt
