dh: Install binaries to /usr/games if Section=games

I don't even remember filing that bug :-)

That said, the historical use case of /usr/games is mostly moot these days
and I agree that games should rather be installed into /usr/bin instead.

So two thumbs up on the proposed policy change suggestion.
