Bug#778687: scummvm-data: Icons installed in wrong directory

Dear Maintainer,

The icon files scummvm.svg and scummvm.xpm are installed in the wrong
directory /usr/share/icons. That is the base directory for themes, one
subdirectory for each theme plus the default "hicolor" subdirectory.
They instead should be installed in:

   /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/scummvm.svg
   /usr/share/pixmaps/scummvm.xpm

The .xpm file can alternative be installed in
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/ but /usr/share/pixmaps/ is a better
choice because it complies with Debian Menu System guidelines[1] and
acts as a fallback in the FreeDesktop Icon Theme Specification[2].
