The Python/YAML code does not yet know how to install misc files from
game-data-packager's datadir.

This is a prerequisite for porting all doom-common games (doom, doom2,
heretic, hexen, plutonia, tnt) to Python/YAML: they all want to install
doom2.xpm and a .desktop file.

It is also a prerequisite for quake, which uses a dummy executable
(need-exec.sh) to trigger the TryExec feature in .desktop files.
