automatic control files

It should be mostly done now.

That let me stumble on some errors in the control files:
e.g.:
  - tyrian-data provides tyrian-data (that's my own cargo cult from wolf3d one year ago)

  - quake2-demo-data should provide quake2-data (or not ?)

  - jedi-academy-bonus-data shouldn't recomend jedi-academy-data or openjk-academy
          because	as an expansion it is useless by itself (I guess) and
         will instead depends on jedi-academy-data, that recommends openjk-academy

Having all this data once in one place reduce risks of error.


This needs a little testing:

 package everything avaible once, move it out of the way
 rm out/*copyright*
 package everything again
 debdiff everything
